Mary Hall

Mary manages the team of Carer Support Workers, ensuring that customers are all getting what they need and everyone is where they should be. Mary also visits new customers in their homes to see how and if we able to help and will produce the detailed care plan that forms the basis of the customer service agreement.

"I have been the Administrator for over 2 years now and am usually the first person you will speak to if you phone in.  I also manage the invoicing process so will be the contact if you have any queries with your billing account.  I enjoy working with all of the staff and go home happy knowing there are people out there whose lives are made a bit easier because of the support we give."
